1) Account Setup
We will setup your account after we have received payment. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email or via massage. If any need we will contact you via email, mobile so it is your responsibility to ensure to use a current email address and contact number. If you need to change this information, you should inform us.
2) Transfers
Our transfers team is ready to help you to transfer your site to us. All hosting company don’t configure as same. Some hosting company save data in proprietary format which is so much difficult or impossible to migrate. We always try the best to transfer of your all data from old host. Hosting transfer is not our responsibility, it is just additional service for you. hostcoding will transfer maximum one account for share, 20 accounts for Reseller , 40 accounts for VPS and 100 Accounts for dedicated server for free first time. You have to pay additional charge for more transfer.
3) Not permitted content :
Without one cPanel backup of the same account another contents are not permitted.
- Topsites
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Pirated Software/Warez
- Hacker program sites/archives/programs
- Scripts that run corn job less than 30 minutes interval
- E-mail Marketing Scripts
For reseller and share hosting sites, no user is permitted to allocate more than 25% of CPU for more than 20 seconds.
4) Payment Information
You agree to pay all applicable fees for Services in effect at the time of sign-up registration and/or renewal, subject to these Terms.
5) Backup and Data Loss
Your use of this service is at your private risk. Our backup service runs once a week, only one week of backups are kept. This service is presented to you as a courtesy. hostcoding is not responsible for data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on hostcoding servers.
6) Cancellations and Refunds
If any one wants to cancel hosting service, he have to fill up cancellation form. If anyone failed to cancel the service after next billing cycle invoice creation date, he have to pay for the invoice.
hostcoding keeps the right to cancel, suspends, or otherwise restricts access to the account at any time with or without notice.
7) Payment Method
The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account:
- VISA/MASTER CARD
- BD Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfers
8) Failure to Follow
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
9) Reseller and Master Reseller
Resellers are responsible for supporting their own clients. hostcoding does not provide support to the Reseller’s Clients. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients’. hostcoding will hold any reseller responsible for any of their clients actions that violate the law or the terms of service.
10) Shared Servers(non-reseller accounts)
Shared accounts may not resell web hosting to other people, if you wish to resell hosting you must use a reseller account.
We take backup weekly only below 5GB Hosting so you must maintain your own backups. Hostcoding shall not be held responsible for the loss of data due to any cause. We do not provide any advance notice to the Share Hosting subscriber for Scheduled downtime or server upgrades. If the site does not run successfully for the older version of the script after the server upgrade, HostCoding will not be responsible for bringing the customer’s website live. Hostcoding Web has no responsibility for downtime resulting from a user’s actions. Also, the 99.99% network uptime guarantee does not apply to shared accounts.
11) VPS and Dedicated Servers
hostcoding reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is a valid email address, contact number and current root password on file for their dedicated server on file to prevent downtime from forced password resets. hostcoding reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to take administrative actions. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by hostcoding and it is the responsibility of the client to maintain backups for this.
12) Price Change
The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on hostcoding.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time. Additional charge may apply for overdue invoices.
13) Disclaimer
hostcoding shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. hostcoding denies any warranty for any particular reason. All service interruptions caused by hostcoding and its employees.
14) Server Abuse
Hostcoding anytime services suspended if any client fault server abuse like illegal Usage, illegal content, illegal domain.
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a hostcoding Web server or subscriber of hostcoding Web is strictly prohibited including, but not limited to:
